What is the return policy?

Due to COVID19 and the personal nature of our products, returns will not be accepted or refunds issued. Please refer to our RETURN POLICY for more information.

Is the hair human and what grade?

We have 100% Brazilian human hair from 8A-10A grades. Check the description of the particular item for specific details.

What do I do if my wig/hair bundles get tangled or sheds?

Tangling and/or shedding can occur when the hair gets dry.

1. Shampoo & condition your hair at least once every 2 weeks.

2. Comb/Brush the hair daily.

3. See a professional hair stylist.

Can the hair be dyed/colored?

Yes, hair can be colored or bleached.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

After your purchase, your items will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping is always FREE.

If I make a purchase on your website, is my information safe?
